An elderly man was feeling rather under the weather, so he went to see his doctor to get a check-up, just in case there was anything serious with with him.
He explained how he was feeling to the doctor, who after giving the elderly man a thorough physical examination, gave him his diagnosos.
“Well, based on my examination of you”, the doctor told him, “the best thing I can recommend for you is to cut out all sweets and fatty foods, to give up alcohol, and to stop smoking”.
The elderly man said to the doctor, “Well, to be honest with you Doctor, I really don’t deserve the best. What’s the second best?”
