A radical feminist at the bus stop was just getting on a bus, when she saw that right in front of her, a man was getting up from his seat.
She thought to herself, “Here’s another man trying to keep up the customs of a patriarchal society by offering a poor, defenseless woman his seat”.
So, she walked up to the man and pushed him back onto the seat and stood as the bus started to move as there were no seats left vacant.
A minute later, the man tried to get up again.
She was insulted again and refused to let him stand up.
This went on a few more times over the next five minutes.
Finally, the man said to her, “Look, lady, you have got to let me get up. I’m a half mile past my stop already”.
