No Jail For Kisser Who Triggered Airport Scare

A man who caused 16,000 passengers to be delayed because he breached airport security to kiss his girlfriend has managed to avoid getting a jail sentence.

The man, who is a Chinese student, ducked under a security rope at New Jersey’s Newark international Airport, to spend a final 20 minutes with his girlfriend.

The incident created a security alert and an airport lock down, resulting in the cancellation or delay of around 200 flights.

The number of times I wanted to do this when my girlfriend had to go back to the UK after a week with me in Florida… It’s probably a good thing that I didn’t, as it would have affected my Citizenship application, and we had enough trouble trying to get her a visa as it was.

Wellington, which is the capital city of New Zealand, is going to have a Hollywood inspired sign standing 10 feet high across the hills of the peninsula that the city stands on.

The movie industry growth has meant good news for New Zealand since Peter Jackson filmed most of his Lord Of The Rings trilogy there.

Snow Babe Gets A Cover Up Order

New Jersey police have ordered a sculpture made out of snow that is modeled after the famous nude Venus De Milo to be covered up after complaints from a neighbor.

Apparently some people had been stopping their cars and taking photographs, and the sculpture had received a lot of attention, but there is always one that wants to spoil the fun in every community isn’t there.

The statue has now been covered up with a bikini.

I assume by the time I write this that Venus, if she is still around, isn’t looking quite as good as she was. It’s amazing how a bit of sunshine can damage a Snow Babe’s figure…

Apparently the woman was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of public intoxication, but she squirted breast milk into the face of a female deputy while she was changing into an inmate uniform.

The article didn’t say, but I wonder if she let the officer have it with both barrels…

Well that is just a taste (no reference to the breast milk) of what has been going on in the world in the last week. It’s a crazy place that we live in isn’t it. There is a saying in Yorkshire in the North of England, “there’s nowt as queer as folk”, and I think these articles prove the point.
