A mother was making pancakes for her two young sons, James who was five and John who was three.
Well if you have ever cooked pancakes, you know how long it takes, so it wasn’t long before the boys began to argue over who would get the first pancake.
Their mother saw the opportunity to give the boys a moral lesson, so she turned and said to them, “If Jesus were sitting here, he would say to let my brother have the first pancake, I can wait”.
James turned to his younger brother and said, “John, you can be Jesus!”
You have to marvel at the ingenuity of kids don’t you.
