Their teenage daughter had just received her learners driving permit and offered to drive her parents to church.
After a truly wild ride, with a lot of swerving to avoid other vehicles, crossing the line in the middle of the road and practically riding up on the kerb, they finally reached their destination.
The girl’s parents got out of the car, a bit shaken and wobbly and her mother said, “Thank you”.
“Anytime”, her daughter replied.
As the woman slammed the car door, she said, “I wasn’t talking to you. I was talking to God!”
