An American businessman went on a business trip to Japan, but coming from the Midwest he wasn’t too keen to try the local Japanese food, especially as he had heard a lot about the weird things that they eat, like raw fish, insects and rats etc.
So having checked into his hotel, he asked the concierge at the front desk if there was anywhere close to the hotel that served American food.
The concierge told him that there was a pizza place nearby that just opened and to the businessman’s delight they delivered as well.
The concierge gave the businessman the phone number of the pizza place and he went up to his room and ordered a pizza.
Thirty minutes later, there was a knock at the door. The businessman opened the door to find a delivery guy who had arrived with his pizza.
The businessman, who was ravenous by this time, took the box, opened it and immediately started sneezing uncontrollably.
He asked the delivery man, “What on earth did you put on this pizza?”
The delivery man bowed deeply and said, “We put on the pizza exactry what you ordered sir, pepper only.”
