Julia was the editor of a local news magazine, and she was having trouble with her computer right before the latest edition was due to be published.
So she called the IT department and John, the support technician came over to her desk to take a look at the error.
John sat down at her desk, clicked a couple of buttons and solved the problem.
As he was walking away, Julia called after him, “So John, what was wrong?”
He replied, “It was an ID ten T error.”
A puzzled expression ran riot over Julia’s face. “An ID ten T error? What’s that … in case I need to fix it again??”
He gave her a grin… 😉 … “Haven’t you ever heard of an ID ten T error before?”
“No,” replied Julia.
“Write it down,” he said, “and I think you’ll figure it out.”
