One winter night, a heavy snow storm had covered a woman’s van with snow and it was stuck in their driveway, preventing her from driving it to work.
Her husband got out the snow shovel and dug around the wheels to clear the snow.
He then rocked the van back and forth and finally pushed the van free of the snow and his wife was able to drive it onto the road and headed off to work.
A short while later, while his wife was driving down the road, she heard an odd noise coming from under the van.
A little worried about the noise, she got on her mobile phone and called home.
“Thank God you answered”, she said when her husband picked up the phone. “There’s this alarming sound coming under the van. For a minute I thought I was dragging you down the highway”.
In a shocked voice, her husband replied, “And you didn’t stop to check?”
