A little girl stood there watching in fascination, as her grandfather took out his false teeth and began brushing them.
When he was done, she asked him to remove his teeth again.
So her grandfather took his false teeth out again, made funny faces without them, then popped them back in again.
She stood there laughing at him, then asked, “Grandfather, now, take off your nose”.
You don’t see so many people with false teeth these days do you. When I was growing up, lots of people seemed to have them. It was the practice at the time to remove people’s teeth if they had a few decaying ones and give them false teeth, rather than fillings or crowns. I’m so pleased that’s not the case any more.
So, do you have any good stories about false teeth?
