A US Navy destroyer stopped four Mexicans in a rowing boat who were rowing north towards California.
The Captain got on the loud-hailer and shouted out to them, “Ahoy, small craft. Where are you headed?”
One of the Mexicans put down his oar, stood up and shouted back, “We are invading the United States of America to reclaim the territory taken by the USA during the 1800’s”.
The entire crew of the destroyer doubled over in laughter when they heard this.
When the Captain was finally able to catch his breath, he got back on the loud-hailer and asked, “Just the four of you then?”
The same Mexican stood up again and shouted back, “No, we are the last four. The rest are already there!”
