Isn’t it embarrassing when you get a drunk on a bus. Here’s a good story for you about a man who was drunk on a bus in the south of Ireland.
A drunk man staggered on board a bus in Ireland and asked the driver how long the trip was between Limerick and Cork.
“It’s about 2 hours”, the bus driver said.
“Okay”, the drunk replied, “then how long is the trip between Cork and Limerick?”
The irate bus driver replied to the drunk, “It’s still about 2 hours drive man”.
“Why’d ya think there’d be a difference?”, the bus driver asked, being curious as to why the drunk man might think it would be different.
“Well”, the drunk said. “It’s only a week between Christmas and New Year’s, but it’s a helluva long time between New Year’s and Christmas!”
Now there’s Irish logic for you.
