So the other day I pulled up to the drive-thru of a fast food restaurant and ordered a coffee.
When I placed my order, I asked if they could put some ice cubes into the cup so that I could drink the cool coffee faster. Besides, we all know the story of that well known fast food chain where a customer sued them because they got scolded by hot coffee. Well, that and a Seinfeld episode that was inspired by that story.
Anyhow, at the pick up window, there appeared to be an unexpected delay.
Finally, after what seemed like an eternity, a teenage blonde girl came to the window looking frustrated.
“I’m having a problem with your coffee”, she announced, “the ice keeps melting”.
