A farmer had heard that the best milk comes from contented cows, so he decided it would be a good idea if he could come up with a way to help make the lives of his cows happier.
He decided to subscribe to a website that had Animal Jokes, thinking that if he read some good jokes to the cows, that they would be more content and if he had a good laugh at the same time, they would be sure to provide better milk.
The farmer would visit the website every morning, find a good joke, then he would go off to the field and tell them it to the cows.
Well, believe it or not, the cows laughed and laughed at the jokes and they started to produce excellent milk. Their milk in fact became the best milk in the local area.
However, the news got around about what the farmer was doing and none of the other farmers in the village were much amused by it.
Becauee of this, the farmer’s cows became the laughing stock of the community.
