One day, four people were driving down the street when they sufffered from a car breakdown.
The four were a Mechanical Engineer, an Electrical Engineer, a Chemical Engineer and a Computer Engineer.
Being engineers, they were all immediately thinking what could have caused the car to breakdown.
Knowing how people with different fields of experience think differently, as you might expect their diagnoses were rather different.
The Mechanical Engineer said, “I think a rod broke”.
The Chemical Engineer said, “The way it spluttered at the end, I don’t think it’s getting any fuel”.
The Electrical Engineer said, “I think there was a spark and something went wrong with the electrical system”.
All three of them then turned to the computer engineer to get his opinion and said, “Well, what do you think?”
The Computer Engineer said, “I think we should all get out and get back in again”.
