A motorist was unknowingly caught speeding by one of the latest automated traffic cameras that measured his speed using radar and photographed his car.
He later received in the post a speeding ticket for £40 and a photo of his car that had been taken by the traffic camera, all automatically generated of course.
Instead of payment, however, trying to be cocky, he sent the police department a photograph of £40.
Several days later, he received a letter from the police that contained another picture, this time of a pair of handcuffs.
He immediately paid his £40 ticket.
It really doesn’t pay to mess with the law.
