I got to thinking the other day that sometimes as parents we don’t realise what older siblings have to go through after the christening of their younger brother or sister.
Take this example, where after his baby brother had been christened in church, David sobbed all the way home in the back seat of the car.
When they got home, his father asked him three times what was wrong, but yound David just kept on crying.
Finally, the boy replied, “That preacher said he wanted us brought up in a Christian home, but I want to stay with you guys”.
